Q: What is the difference between the inexpensive Rhinestone tee's I've seen, and your product? A: We securely rivet and stud each of our hand worked shirts with authentic Shimmering Swarovski Austrian Crystals, not to be confused with paste rhinestones, we use only the finest crystals, riveted, not glued on all of our items. Loved by celebrities, crystal Swarovski studded T-Shirts and denim are a top fashion trend! These are the same quality and styles seen on the Red Carpets, in Vogue, Cosmopolitan, W magazine and on E! Television!
Q: What size and grade of crystal do you use in your designs?
A: Unless specifically noted, We use only genuine Swarovski austrian crystals, in size 20ss (equal to 1/2 carat, or 4 1/2 millimeters per crystal) We NEVER use acrylic or paste rhinestones, only the finest Austrian crystal is used.
Q: What is the general time frame I should expect for shipping?
A: We hand stud each piece with Swarovski crystals on a made to order basis please keep this in mind when reviewing processing time for your specialty item! We try our best to fill all orders as soon as we receive them. Sometimes we underestimate demands, in which case we request that you allow 1 - 3 weeks for orders to be shipped unless otherwise stated. Should you need the merchandise within a certain period of time, or a special occasion please mention it in the COMMENT SECTION of the order form. We will e-mail you on the status. Q: How do I pay with Paypal?
A: You check out through Yahoo store, and when you're ready to select a payment method choose "Bill me through Paypal", it won't charge anything, and we will send you an invoice! You must be a member or join the Paypal service prior to issuing payment. Signing up is fast, free, and secure. Do not enter your credit card information when you check out. Simply select Paypal as your payment method, and wait for your payment request via the Paypal service!
Q: What are "weathered designs"?
A: Many of our designs feature the top trend in fashion magazines, distressed or weathered styles. From Gucci to Gaultier and a myriad of designers around the world, the current hot style is for "distressed" or weathered styles and designs. This means the design may have a faded appearance, or have unique abnormalities or different color characteristics. This is normal, is a part of the intended effect, and is designed to showcase classics with the glamour of shimmering Swarovski crystals. If you would prefer a conventional screened design with your order, we will do everything possible to accomodate your request, which will be subject to availability. We can advise you prior to processing, simply notify us in the comments section, or write us at luxestarapparel@gmail.com
Q:How do you manage to carry such a wide variety of styles and designs?
A: In select cases we are required to purchase licensed items from high quality resellers online, and then stylize each piece with ornate crystal work. We use only the finest quality items, from established resellers. When possible, we buy in bulk to preserve the best prices for our clients. All rights, properties and copyrights are protected by the original artists and/or organizations. any items listed on our site are licensed, and/or when necessary authorized merchandise is purchased for resale from an authorized retailer and is subsequently handcrafted by our artists. We guarantee all merchandise is in new, pristine condition, unless expressly otherwise stated (ie: vintage pieces). Q:How long will my order take to process & ship?
A: We strive to offer the most extensive collection of Swarovski crystal studded apparel online, with over 350 designs to choose from. We do our best to accomodate demand by keeping designs in stock, there are occasions where demand exceeds inventory. In those instances processing usually takes an average of 10 business days, not including weekends and holidays. You should start counting delivery days based on your selection of shipper starting on the 11th business day, UNLESS you have requested a rush order, or in the event of a published production delay. Please be advised, Rush orders are subject to availability and will be charged an additional fee which may include overnight shipping charges.
