Shipping

We are currently shipping on an average 4 week schedule (up to 20 to 25 business days). For faster shipping please request the rush option, rush orders typically ship within 4 to 6 business days, and may in some instances be available with 24 hours.

Gift certificate and custom made to order apparel processing can be up to 6 to 8 weeks, depending on what has been ordered. This includes all celebrity and special events.

All items are custom hand made to order, all items are hand riveted and never glued.

Please note that we use United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, with signature confirmation. This ensures that you will receive your package. We will be glad to send without the signature confirmation, but you will then be responsible if the package does not arrive. When the package ships you will receive an email with tracking. If you want other types of shipping, please contact us and we will be glad to let you know the cost.

Returns: We inspect each garment before it is shipped. If for some reason you want to return an item, you must contact us immediately upon receipt of the garment to obtain a return authorization before shipping the garment back to us. Most importantly, the garment must not be worn prior to return or it will not be returnable under any circumstance. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
